This property was conveniently located perfectly. The Owner was very responsive. It was clean , spacious and had everything we needed. The only thing that needs to be listed is they are doing construction on the building and in the parking structure. Overall good experience

The shower was dirty with mold on the shower curtain. The blow up bed for the 3rd adult had a hole in it so wouldn’t stay inflated. We had to purchase a new one at Walmart. The air conditioning dripped on the floor.

This property is in need of a proper renovation. The chief complaint is a sagging bed. One side was not sleepable. Also, part of the “headboard“ fell off the wall (cardboard adhered with tape). This was the fifth condo we have stayed in at the Ilikai Marina and it was our least favorite. The property is in a great location, but I would recommend a higher floor (less noise and farther from the scuzzy harbor).
